            Set Up Flows for Multisite

            Configure flows to enable multisite features such as site bulk data upload, multisite quoting, streamlined product selection, automated order creation, and the provision of energy utility services.

            Configure the Upload Sites in Bulk Flow

            Configure the Upload Sites in Bulk flow to allow users to upload multiple site records efficiently using a standard or custom file format.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. In the list of flows, select the Upload Sites in Bulk flow.
            3. Configure the assignment elements to define mandatory fields.
              1. Open the assignment elements indicated in the flow.
              2. Add or update any standard or custom fields that must be shown as mandatory.
            4. Save the flow as a new version.
              1. Click Save As.
              2. Select A New Flow.
              3. Enter a Flow Label. Leave the Flow API Name as is.
              4. Click Save.
            5. Click Activate.
            6. Add the flow to the Opportunity record page as a link, button, or embedded component.

            Configure the Create Multisite Quote Flow

            Initialize the Create Multisite Quote flow to enable sales representatives to generate quotes for multiple sites within a single opportunity.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
            1. Open the Create Multisite Quote flow (Unmanaged).
            2. Save the flow as a new version.
              1. Click Save As.
              2. Select A New Flow.
              3. Enter a Flow Label. Retain the existing the Flow API Name.
              4. Save the flow.
            3. Activate the flow.

            Configure the Multi-Recipient Product Discovery Flow

            Configure the Multi-Recipient Product Discovery flow to allow users to browse and select products for multiple recipients, such as sites, during the quoting process.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. In the list of flows, select the Multi-Recipient: Discover Products flow.
            3. Save the flow as a new version.
              1. Click Save As.
              2. Select A New Flow.
              3. Enter MultiRecipient Product Discovery as the Flow Label. Leave the Flow API Name as is.
              4. Click Save.
            4. Configure the location selection component.
              1. In the flow canvas, open the Display Products Screen element.
              2. Select the Select Locations Lightning Web Component.
              3. Update the Recipient Type property value to Site.
              4. Click Done.
            5. Save and activate the flow.

            Configure the Create Orders From Quote Flow

            Enable the Create Orders From Quote flow to automate the generation of orders directly from approved quotes.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. In the list of flows, select the Create Orders From Quote flow.
            3. Save the flow as a new version.
              1. Click Save As.
              2. Select A New Flow.
              3. Enter a Flow Label. Retain the existing the Flow API Name.
              4. Save the flow.
            4. Activate the flow.

            Configure the Activate Energy Service Flow

            Configure the Activate Energy Service flow to streamline the service activation process for utility products.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. In the list of flows, select the Activate Energy Service flow.
            3. Save the flow as a new version.
              1. Click Save As.
              2. Select A New Flow.
              3. Enter a Flow Label. Retain the existing the Flow API Name.
              4. Save the flow.
            4. Activate the flow.

            Configure the Energy Service Configuration Flow

            Set up the Energy Service Configuration flow to manage the initial setup and provisioning of energy services for new customer accounts.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. In the list of flows, select the Setup Energy Service flow.
            3. Save the flow as a new version.
              1. Click Save As.
              2. Select A New Flow.
              3. Enter a Flow Label. Retain the existing the Flow API Name.
              4. Save the flow.
            4. Activate the flow.

            Configure the Auto Quote Flow

            Deploy and configure the Auto Quote flow to automatically generate quotes based on predefined criteria and opportunity data.

            User Permissions Needed
            To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. In the list of flows, select the Auto Quote flow.
            3. Save the flow as a new version.
              1. Click Save As.
              2. Select A New Flow.
              3. Enter a Flow Label. Leave the Flow API Name as is.
              4. Click Save.
            4. Update the Flow Variables PriceBookId, ContextDefinitionName, SourceContextDefinitionName, and TargetContextDefinitionName with the appropriate values for your organization.
            5. Configure the screen action in the final element.
              1. Open the Auto Quote Completed element.
              2. Go to the Configure Screen Actions step.
              3. Add the Process_Auto_Quote flow.
              4. Provide the following parameters:
                • quoteId: {!QuoteRecord.Id}
                • opportunityId: {!recordId}
                • contextDefinitionName: {!ContextDefinitionName}
                • sourceContextMappingName: {!SourceContextMappingName}
                • targetContextMappingName: {!TargetContextMappingName}
              5. Set the When to run action on screen load option to Only the first time the screen loads.
            6. Click Activate.
            7. Register the flow in Energy Utilities Settings.
              1. From Setup, navigate to Energy Utilities Settings.
              2. Select the Auto Quote flow API name from the dropdown list.

            Configure the Auto Quote Action on Opportunities

            Create a quick action on the Opportunity object to allow users to trigger the Auto Quote flow directly from an opportunity record.

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
            1. From Setup, select Object Manager.
            2. Select Opportunity.
            3. Create the Auto Quote action.
              1. Select Buttons, Links, and Actions.
              2. Click New Action.
              3. For Action Type, select Flow.
              4. For Flow, select the Auto Quote flow you configured.
              5. For Label, enter Auto Quote.
              6. For Name, enter Auto_Quote.
              7. Click Save.
            4. Add the action to the Opportunity page layout.
              1. Select Page Layouts.
              2. Select the applicable Opportunity Layout.
              3. Select Mobile and Lightning Actions.
              4. Drag the Auto Quote action to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
              5. Click Save.
            5. Verify the action by opening an Opportunity record and clicking Auto Quote to run the flow.
