Tariff Comparison
Sales and service representatives can use tariff comparison to quickly and efficiently compare energy product offerings and service rates. Representatives can suggest fully-priced offers to end customers and facilitate their enrollment in new products and services.
Sales representatives can perform the following tasks:
- Suggest fully priced, eligible product offers to customers during discussions. This helps them sell more products and increase sales.
- Suggest cheaper products to known customers based on how much they use, where they live, and what service they use. This helps to reduce high bill worries and start plan changes.
- Give detailed information about products that a customer asks about. This helps them make smart decisions and makes it easy to sign up for or change plans right away.
- Enroll customers with products that the customers are interested in, streamlining the sales and service process.
- Set Up Tariff Comparison
Enable the Tariff Comparison feature, set up external services, create sample data and metadata, configure context definitions and pricing procedures, update settings, and configure the Tariff Comparison and Energy Service screen flows. - Compare Tariff Plans and Enroll a Customer
You can enroll a customer in a suitable tariff plan using the Tariff Comparison feature. - Extending Tariff Comparison
Extend the Tariff Comparison feature with optional customizations based on your business needs. - Tariff Comparison for Experience Cloud
Configure the Tariff Comparison feature to allow customers to compare utility rates and manage their service agreements within the portal.
