Create a New Commodity Product

Create new attributes, categories, and product classifications, then create and categorize a new product with the appropriate specification type.

1. From the App Launcher, search for and select Product Catalog Management.
2. Go to the Home page.
3. Create new Attributes, Attribute Categories, and Product Classification as per the RLM PCM guidelines.
4. Create a new product, selecting the appropriate Product Specification Type.
   • Technical Products are used for computation, such as Per Unit Charge, Unit Rate, and Per Day Charge.
   • Commercial Products are sellable products, such as Electricity, Gas, and Water.
5. Once the product is created, add it to the relevant category.
