          Upload Sites in Bulk

          Upload a CSV file containing customer site information to add multiple sites to an opportunity at once.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
          1. From the Opportunity record, select Add Sites.
          2. In the Add Sites window, select Upload Sites File.
          3. Click Upload File, or drag the file to the upload area.
            The maximum file size for upload is 100 MB. Download the Sample Energy Sites CSV file for format reference. This CSV file contains the data of 10 sample sites.
          4. Review the Data Preview to verify the file content.
            Only the first 10 rows appear to improve system performance.
          5. In the Map Columns step, review the Auto Mapped Fields.
            The columns are automatically mapped by using the field names. Review the mappings and make any necessary adjustments.
          6. Map the CSV File Column headers to the corresponding Salesforce Opportunity Fields.
            If field mappings aren’t found, map at least one CSV column to a Salesforce field.
          7. Optionally, select Initiate industry validation for the uploaded sites.
            The process runs in the background. A notification appears upon completion.
          8. Click Submit.
            The import process starts and runs in the background. A notification appears upon completion.
          9. Click OK.
