Activate the Energy Service Flow

Automate your energy services by cloning and activating the installed template flow. Make sure that your default workflow user is set to an administrator before you clone the flow.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
User Permissions Needed
To create, edit, and activate flow: Manage Flow
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Process Automation Settings, and select Process Automation Settings.
  2. For Default Workflow User, select an admin.
  3. Save your changes.
  4. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
  5. Open the managed-installed version of the Activate Energy Service flow.
  6. Click Save As and then select A New Flow.
  7. Enter a flow label and name.
  8. Save and activate your flow.
  9. Return to the Flows list view, and repeat the cloning and activation steps for the Setup Energy Service platform event-triggered flow.
