Activate the Notification Flows

Ensure that subflow references resolve correctly by turning on the emergency callout flows in a specific sequence.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Energy & Utilities - Growth, Field Service for Energy & Utilities, and Contractors for Energy & Utilities
User Permissions Needed
To configure flows: Manage Flow
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
  2. Confirm that the Send Emergency Callout Notifications flow is active. No action is needed if the flow is already active.
  3. Locate and select the Expire Emergency Callout Attempt flow.
    1. Click Save As to create a flow record.
    2. Enter the flow details and save your changes.
    3. Activate your flow.
  4. Locate and select the Initiate Call Out flow.
    1. Click Save As to create a flow record.
    2. Enter the flow details and save your changes.
    3. Activate your flow.
