(Optional) Add Billing Insights to the Account Object
The Billing Insights component is available on the out-of-the-box Account record page,
but if you have a custom Account record lightning page, you must either deactivate the custom page
or add the component to the page manually.

To open your custom app page, from Setup, enter Lightning App
Builder in the Quick Find box, select Lightning App
Builder, and then click Edit next to the page.
From the Components section, drag the Billing Insights component and
drop it in the console.
