Add the Callout Flows to the Callout Workflow Component

Help dispatchers launch emergency callouts by adding your active flow to the page layout.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Energy & Utilities - Growth, Field Service for Energy & Utilities, and Contractors for Energy & Utilities
User Permissions Needed
To configure Lightning record page: Customize Application
  1. Open a resource callout record,
  2. Click the Setup gear icon, and select Edit Page.
  3. Select the callout roster component on the canvas.
  4. Enter the API name of these activated flows in the component properties.
    • Initiate Callout
    • Generate Call Out Roster
    • Call Out Rank Resources
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Activate your record page.
