Assign Data Processing Engine Permissions

Before you deploy Data Processing Engine components, you must assign permission sets to the Analytics Integration User. Clean Energy Programs Management Console uses Data Processing Engine to aggregate or calculate tracking matrices.

1. From Setup, In the Quick Find box, enter User, and then select Users.
2. Select the user that has the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile.
3. Assign the PSLs to the user.
   1. In Permission Set License Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
   2. Add these permission set licenses from Available Permission Sets to Enabled Permission Sets:

      • Energy & Utilities Cloud Program

      • Outcome Management

      • Program and Benefit Management

   3. Save your changes.
      
4. Assign the Clean Energy Program Analytics Integration User permission set.
   1. In Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
   2. Add the Clean Energy Program Analytics Integration User permission set from Available Permission Sets to Enabled Permission Sets.
   3. Save your changes.
5. Enable Data Processing Engine (DPE).

   1. From Setup, In the Quick Find box, enter Data Pipelines, and then select Get Started.
   2. To find Data Pipelines in Setup, the Data Pipelines Base User permission set must be assigned to you. Enable Data Pipelines.
