Assign Permissions to Customer Community User
Assign the required permission set licenses and permissions to individual users to enable advanced pricing and sales features.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
- Select the specific Customer Community User.

Assign the following permissions:
- Salesforce Pricing Run Time User
- Rule Engine Runtime
- Energy & Utilities Cloud for Experience Cloud
- Submit Transactions User
- ActivateOrder
- Energy & Utilities Sales Features for Experience Cloud
- Product Catalog Management Customer Community User
- Energy & Utilities Cloud Billing Account for Experienced Cloud
- Click Save.
