  • Some steps are conditional and are skipped or deferred based on the org's baseline state. Program Manager user creation is optional and idempotent (not always created), and the Data Processing Engine (DPE) enablement, the Energy & Utilities datapack fetch, and the DPE batch-calculation job and flow are marked conditional in the source's status table.
  • Sharing settings (organization-wide defaults) require manual review and configuration. Although the recipe automates OWD across roughly 30 objects, adjust the Default Internal Access and Default External Access for objects such as Account, Contact, Program, Benefit, and Individual Application according to your security requirements and the Salesforce Help recommendations.
  • Manual post-setup actions are required after the agent finishes: set the Admin User as the default flow (workflow) user, and clone and activate the Process Approved Application flow.
  • The agent handles tries again automatically if sharing-calculation delays cause a Data Processing Engine activation to fail initially.
