Clone and Activate the Template Flows

Make the emergency callout flows available to dispatchers by cloning and activating the provided templates.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Energy & Utilities - Growth, Field Service for Energy & Utilities, and Contractors for Energy & Utilities
User Permissions Needed
To configure flow: Manage Flow
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
  2. Open the Check Workforce Availability flow template.
  3. Click Save As to create a flow record.
  4. Enter the flow details.
  5. Add the Apex action.
  6. Save and activate your flow.
  7. Repeat these steps for these flow templates.
