Configure Action Plan Templates for Application Approval Template

Action plan templates define the tasks and action items required to complete an approval.

In the application approval process template, use action plan templates to launch the right action plan associated with a program. Each action plan assigns tasks to program managers, portfolio managers, program analysts, and other roles to ensure that the manual approval process is completed. As published action plan templates are not editable, you must clone the sample action plan templates Verify Program Application and Verify High Incentive Program Application so that you can edit them, and then publish them.

Note You cannot edit or delete an Action Plan Template after it is published; you can only deactivate it. If you deactivate an Action Plan Template, you cannot activate it again.
