Configure the Record Page Components

Wire the activated flows to the Resource Call Out record page so that the UI triggers the correct flow.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Energy & Utilities - Growth, Field Service for Energy & Utilities, and Contractors for Energy & Utilities
User Permissions Needed
To configure record page: Customize Application
  1. Open a Resource Call Out record page.
  2. Click the gear icon, and select Edit Page.
  3. Select the roster generation component, and set its flow name to your activated roster flow.
  4. Save and activate the page.
  5. On a Resource Call Out record page, open the Call Out Roster tab, click the gear icon, and select Edit Page.
  6. Select the call out roster component, and set the rank resources flow API name to your activated flow.
  7. Save and activate the page.

Creating a callout with a service appointment generates requirements by pay grade, and generating a roster from those requirements creates ranked, queued assignments.
