Considerations for Using OmniStudio with Energy & Utilities Cloud

For all customers using Energy & Utilities in Spring '24 or later, your org should already be configured to use Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime.

However, some companies use an older version of the Energy & Utilities managed package and have an older version of the OmniStudio configuration. Refer to the table below for more information about the versions of OmniStudio.
