Download Datapacks for Contact Center Console
Download Contact Center Console datapacks from static resources and save them on your computer.
For Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime, download these datapacks.
- EUC_Console_OSRT_Vlocity_Datapacks: Includes Vlocity datapacks (Flexcards, Omniscripts, IPs, DRs)
- EUC_Console_OSRT_Sfdx_Datapacks: Includes Salesforce metadata components.
- EUC_Console_OSRT_IDV_Sfdx_Datapacks: Includes all SFDX components for Identity Verification.
- EUC_Console_IVPD_Sfdx_Datapacks: This is only for troubleshooting. It includes Identity Verification process definition.
For Standard OmniStudio Content, download these datapacks.

To download the datapacks, follow these instructions:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Static Resources, and then select Static Resources.

Select a static resource, and then click
View File to
download.
- Wait for the file to finish downloading before moving to the next datapack file.
