Create an Emergency Callout Roster

Dispatch resources quickly during an incident by generating an emergency callout roster and adding ranked resources to the assignment list.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Energy & Utilities - Growth, Field Service for Energy & Utilities, and Contractors for Energy & Utilities
User Permissions Needed
To create an emergency callout roster:

Energy & Utilities Cloud Features

AND

Emergency Management Standard Permission Set

AND

Field Service Mobile Standard Permission Set
  1. Create a resource callout record.
    The resource callout requirement records are created automatically and the available resource count is populated based on territory availability.
  2. On the resource callout record, select the required resource count.
  3. Click Generate Callout Roster.
    The flow generates the callout roster by creating the resource callout assignment records.
  4. To rank and select additional resources, click Add Resource.
  5. Verify that the ranking tab shows the ranking of the already selected resources on the roster, and any new resources.
