Create and Wire Apex Classes into the Template Flows
Salesforce ships the emergency management automation with draft template flows. The
Apex that performs the Field Service backed availability, roster, and ranking work isn't
delivered to your org. Author three Apex classes, add them to the template flows as Apex
actions, and then clone and activate the flows. The Apex that performs the Field Service backed

Write the Apex Services for Template Flows Support the emergency callout template flows by writing three Apex classes. Each class implements an @InvocableMethod that a flow action binds to by class name, method label, and variable labels, so keep those elements exactly as documented.
Add the Apex Actions to the Template Flows Integrate your new Apex classes into the emergency callout process by wiring them into the template flows as Apex actions. You need to assign these Apex classes to the dispatcher profile.
