Create Program Manager Role for Clean Energy Program Management

Create a program manager role and assign the role to users who manage programs and need to create contractor users.

Note When you create and assign roles in Salesforce, access to records changes as well. Ask your system administrator or implementation partner for advice about this change, as there may be security model considerations to reconcile.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Roles, and then select Roles.
2. Click Set Up Roles.
3. To create a role that reports to Admin, under the Admin role, click Add Role.
4. In Label, enter Program Manager, and in Role Name, enter Program_Manager, and then save your changes.
5. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
6. Select your username.
7. Click Role, and assign the newly created Program_Manager role.
8. In the Permission Set Assignments section, click Edit.
9. Assign these permission sets:

   • Program and Benefit Management Access

   • EAndU Cloud Program Access

   • OmniStudio Admin

10. Save your changes.
