Create Your Self-Service Portal

Enable Digital Experiences and use the industry-specific template to launch your customer-facing site.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experience, and then select Settings.
2. Select Enable Digital Experiences, and then click Save.
3. From Setup, enter All Sites in the Quick Find box, and then select All Sites.
4. Click New.
5. Select the EU Self Service Portal template and click Get Started.
6. Enter a Name and URL for the site, and then click Create.
7. In the Workspace panel, select Administration.
8. Select Members.
9. In the Search dropdown, choose Customer.
10. Add the newly created community profile to the Selected Profiles list.
11. Click Save.
