To manage flows:
Manage Flow
Emergency Management includes eight flows that drive the callout process. Seven of them ship
as draft template flows, so they can't run until you clone and activate them. Cloning each
template gives you an editable copy where you change only the values meant for customization
such as field configurations, message text, thresholds, display formulas, and eligibility rules
without altering the structure that the record pages and Apex actions depend on.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select
Flows.
Open the template flow that you want to customize.
Create Call Out
Generate Emergency Callout Roster
Create Call Out Requirements
Update Workforce Availability
Initiate Call Out
Expire Emergency Callout Attempt
Send Emergency Callout Notifications
Call Out Rank Resources
Click Save As and select A New Flow.
Enter the flow details.
Save your changes.
Saving as a new flow creates an editable copy without the template flag, so you can
activate it.
Edit the configurable values listed for that flow in the customizable values table. Change
constants, formulas, decision criteria, and query filters as needed. Keep the input and output
variable names and action labels unchanged.
Save and activate your flow.
Repeat these steps for each flow that you want to customize. The Send Emergency
Callout Notifications flow is already active. To customize the flow, clone and
edit the copy.
