Work with Program Management Console Objects and Fields

Here are some helpful tips when working with the Program Management Console data model and BRE expression sets.

Program

Active Enable the Active field in the Program object, as only active programs are processed.

Attribute Definition

Field Notes
Default Value If an attribute definition of a product is used in the BRE formula for benefit computation, you must enter a value for the Default Value field. If the Default Value field is empty, the benefit computation fails.

Application Form Template

Field Notes
Application Flow Name When an application is submitted using an Application Form Template object, the Application Flow Name field triggers a flow. Enter the API name of the flow that should trigger with the Application Form Template.

Benefit Type

Field Notes
Category Because the formula for benefit computation also checks the benefit type category, the Category field in the Benefit Type object must contain the benefit type category.

Benefit (for static benefits)

Field Notes
Value Must contain a number.
Benefit Calculated Select disabled for static benefits.
Unit of Measure Used for benefit calculation.
Program Used for benefit calculation.
Product Used for benefit calculation.
Benefit Type Used for benefit calculation.
Active Select enabled.

Benefit Calculated Select enabled for calculated benefits.
Value Leave empty for calculated benefits.

Program Enter the appropriate program.
Product Enter the appropriate product.
Usage Impact Group Version Enter the correct Usage Impact Group Version. This is used in benefit calculation.

Usage Impact Group Factor

Field Notes
Name Should match the variable names defined in the BRE Expression Set.
Usage Impact Factor Should match the variable names defined in the BRE Expression Set.
Usage Impact Group Version Enter the correct Usage Impact Group Version. This is used in benefit calculation.
FactorValue Enter a factor value for HSFPBase and SEERBase records. FactorValue is used in the in the BRE Expression Set.

Field Notes
Api Name The API name must match the Rule API Name field in the Benefit record.
HSFPBase, SEERBase Must match Usage Impact Group Factor records.
Capacity, HSPFee, SEERee Must match attributes of the Heatpump Product.
HOURSh, HOURSc Constant values defined in the expression set.
