Energy and Utilities Cloud Data Model Objects

Data model objects (DMOs) store different types of data in Data Cloud. Get access to standard model objects as part of the SSOT package that's automatically installed in your org with Energy and Utilities Cloud and Data Cloud. You can use some DMOs only if you use Energy and Utilities Cloud in your org.

After you import your asset and customer data into Data Cloud, map the data to the required DMOs before using the data for segmentation, activation, analytics, or any other operation. To get started with data mapping, add a connected data source to Data Cloud. After you connect a source, Data Cloud accesses the source so that you can create mapping sets between objects and fields within it and the Customer 360 Data Model.

Note To use Data Governance features, grant permissions to the listed objects according to Assign Data Access. If you have more than one data space, you must grant access to objects in each data space. Object names in non default data spaces follow the convention of <DataSpace Prefix>_<Object Name>.
