Download and Deploy Contact Center Console Components
Contact Center Console components are available to you as static resources in your Salesforce org. To use these components, download and then deploy them into your org.
The Contact Center Console components are available in zip files stored as static resources in your org. However, these components aren't ready to use until you download the zip files, extract them, and then deploy the extracted components to the correct locations in your Salesforce org.
