Download and Deploy Utility Self Service Portal Components

Utility Self Service Portal components are available to you as static resources in your Salesforce org. To use these components, download and then deploy them into your org.

The Utility Self Service Portal components are available in zip files stored as static resources in your org. However, these components aren't ready to use until you download the zip files, extract them, and then deploy the extracted components to the correct locations in your Salesforce org.

Note UtilIty Self Serve Portal is supported only for orgs that use Standard OmniStudio Content, and Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime. To determine which version of OmniStudio is running in your org, see
