          Set Up Energy & Utilities Contractor Portal

          Grant permissions, deploy components, and enable an Experience Cloud site for the Energy & Utilities Contractor Portal.

          Contractor Portal is delivered as an Experience Cloud template that you can configure to for your contractors. This setup guide instructs you on where to find the template, how to copy it into your org, and how to customize it for your specific needs. You can optionally set up sample data to test the features of Contractor Portal.

          Note
          Note Contractor Portal is available only for the orgs that use Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime. For more information, see Communications, Media, and Energy (CME) Support for OmniStudio Standard Runtime. In Setup, under OmniStudio Settings, if Managed Package Runtime is turned off, then your org is using Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime.

          After you set up the Contractor Portal template, you can configure the site according to your business requirements. See Customize Contractor Portal.

          To use Contractor Portal, these add-on licenses must be provisioned in your org:

          • EAndUCloudPCAddOn
          • BRECommunityAddOn
          • ContractMgmtIndCmePCAddOn
          • OmnistudioRuntimeCCAddOn
