Manage Notification Delivery Channels
Configure where users receive notifications by enabling or disabling specific delivery platforms.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Notification Delivery Settings, and then select Notification Delivery Settings.
- Locate the Energy and Utilities Cloud notification group and find Multisite Notification.
- Click the action icon.
- Enable or disable Slack or Desktop notifications based on your team's preference.
