Configure Workspaces and Publish Contractor Portal Site

Configure Workspaces and Publish Contractor Portal Site

Set up workspaces to allow only contractors to access and publish the Contractor Portal site. Publishing an Experience Builder site for the first time makes the site URL live and enables the login access for site members.

For more information about the workspaces in Experience Builder, see Find Your Way Around Experience Workspaces.

          1. Set up Workspaces.
            1. In the All Sites list, click Workspaces for the new Contractor Portal site.
            2. On the Workspaces page of the new Digital Experience website, click Administration.
            3. In the Settings section, click Activate, and then click OK.
            4. On the left panel, click Members.
            5. In the Select Profiles section, in search, select All.
            6. Add Energy Utilities Contractor User from Available Profiles to Selected Profiles, and then save your changes.
          2. Go to Setup.
          3. In the Quick Find box, search for All Sites, and then click All Sites.
          4. Find the new Contractor Portal, and click Builder in the Actions column.
          5. Click Publish.

You receive an email when your contractor portal is published successfully. This may take several minutes.
