Drive Contractor Engagement with Contractor Portal
Build a streamlined, external-facing portal where your contractors can view and update their partner accounts, enroll in clean energy programs, and collaborate with utility service companies. The contractor portal provides a centralized hub for contractors with program discovery, easy program enrollment, and a UX framework for contractor management.
Where: The Contractor Portal is available in Lightning Experience, Salesforce Classic, and all versions of the Salesforce mobile app in Professional, Performance, and Unlimited editions. The Contractor Portal is supported only for the orgs that use Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime.
Who: Salesforce admins with the Partners Community for E&U Cloud SKU can configure the Contractor Portal. Contractors with the Contractor Program Access license can use the Contractor Portal.
Why: The Contractor Portal is a website template built on Experience Cloud. The Contractor Portal expands on the Clean Energy Programs data model, and enables your contractors to:

Maintain a contractor profile with updated license details and documents

Browse through the details of all available clean energy programs, and submit applications for programs
Contractor Portal, Utility Self Serve Portal, and the Program Management Console app use the same Clean Energy Programs data model to deliver and track the lifecycle of clean energy programs within a single, integrated system.
How: Complete the setup of Contractor Portal to access the features in your org. Then, to launch the website template go to All Sites in Setup, click New, and then select the EU Contractor Portal.
