New and Changed Objects in Energy and Utilities
Energy and Utilities cloud Winter ’24 includes new objects that support batch upload of work reports, and changed objects to expand Clean Energy Programs.
These objects require the Contractor Work Report Access and User Work Report Access permission sets:
- WorkReport
- Represents the total work performed by a contractor business in a certain period of time for utility customers at one or more locations, providing services for one or more measures.
- WorkReportLineItem
- Represents one measure of work performed by a contractor business for a consumer at a location within a program.
- WorkReportError
- Represents errors in the Work Report through the Work Report Line Item object.
New fields in these objects require the E&U Cloud Program Access permission set:
- IndividualApplication
- IsSubmittedByThirdParty: Indicates whether the application is submitted by a third party.
- SubmittedByAccountId: The account that submitted the application.
- SubmittedByContactId: The contact that submitted the application.
- IndividualApplicationItem
- WorkReportLineItemId: The WorkReportLineItem associated with the individual application.
- SelectedValues: The Product Attribute values selected in the individual application.
- RelatedItem: An object related to the individual application.
- ApplicationFormTemplate
- ApprovalFlowName: The flow that triggers the application approval process.
- ProgramProduct
- RequiredDocuments: The set of documents required by the customer or contractor so that the application may be approved for an associated measure within the program.
- IndicatorAssignment
- ProgramProduct: The ProgramProduct object associated with the indicator assignment.
- ProgramEnrollment
- EnrolleeRole: Specifies the role of the account enrolling in the program.
- IndividualApplicationId: The IndividualApplication object associated with the program enrollment.
