Self-Service Portal Objects and Fields
To display programs correctly in the Offers and Rebates section of Self-Service Portal, ensure that the fields in these objects are populated correctly.
Program
| Field | Notes |
| Active | Enable the Active field in the Program object, as only active programs are processed. |
| DefaultImageURL | Configure the program image URL to see the program image in the Offers and Rebates page, and the Order History page |
| Summary | Add a summary for the program that is displayed in the Benefits screen |
Product
| Field | Notes |
| Active | Enable the Active field in the Product object, as only active products are seen in the program. |
| Family | Add a product family that is displayed in the program details section. |
Attribute Definition
| Field | Notes |
| Name | Add an attribute definition that is displayed while selecting attributes in a program. |
Attribute Picklist
| Field | Notes |
| Name | Add an attribute picklist name that is displayed while selecting attributes in a program. |
Attribute Category
| Field | Notes |
| Name | Add an attribute category name that is displayed while selecting attributes in a program. |
Attribute Category Attribute

| AttributeCategoryId | Add an attribute category ID that is used while selecting attributes in a program. |
Product Classification Attribute
| Field | Notes |
| Name | Add a product classification attribute name that is used while selecting attributes in a program. |
Program Product
| Field | Notes |
| Active | Enable the Active field in the ProgramProduct object, as only active programs are processed. |
| Status | Add a status of the ProgramProduct, which is used to filter records in the Program Details section. |
Benefit
| Field | Notes |
| Active | Enable the Active field in the Benefit object, as only active benefits are processed. |
Program Application Form Template
| Field | Notes |
| Application Form Template | Set the application form template associated with the program. |
Application Form Template
| Field | Notes |
| Application Type | Set the application type to Customer. |
| OmniProcess | Ensure that the OmniProcess records that you want to launch for the program application enrollment, have the Integration Procedure field set to false. The OmniProcess is associated with the questionnaire for the application form template. |
| Object Type | Set the object type to Program |
| Approval Flow Name | Add the API name of the flow that you want to trigger with the application form template. |
| Default | Ensure that the default field is set to True. |
