          Set up Action Launcher for Contact Center Console

          With Action Launcher, your service agents can quickly find and launch actions to help resolve customer requests and issues. For example, agents can initiate a fee-reversal flow or launch a service-order action from Action Launcher.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Action Launcher, and then select Deployments under Action Launcher.
          2. Click New Deployment.
          3. Enter a label and an API name for the deployment.
          4. Under Guidance to Show, select OmniScripts, and deselect Buttons, flows, links, and quick actions.
          5. Click Next.
          6. In the Select Objects page, click Next. You don't need to select any objects here.
          7. Select the OmniScripts that you want to include in the Action Launcher. We recommend:
            • Add Account
            • Add Meter Read

            • Create Payment Plan

            • Make a Complaint

            • Manage Notification Preferences

            • Schedule Field Service

            • Start Service

            • Stop Service

            • Update Account

            • Update Billing Address

            • Update Billing Profile

            • Update Case

            • Update/Add Contact

          8. Click Next.
          9. Select up to 10 actions to display on the Action Launcher. You can reorder the actions by dragging them to a different position in the Action Launcher.
          10. Click Save.
