          Set up Actionable Relationship Center

          With Actionable Relationship Center, your service reps can view customers' relationships in an easy-to-navigate graph.

          Create a Relationship Graph

          Create a relationship graph to show how records relate to each other in Agent Console.

          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a relationship graph Energy & Utilities Arc graph
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship Center, and then under Feature Settings, click Actionable Relationship Center.
          2. Click New Relationship Graph.
          3. Select the E&U Account Relationships template, then click Create Graph.
          4. Enter a label and a developer name, then save your changes.

          Add the ARC Component to the Agent Console

          Embed the Actionable Relationship Center graph into the accounts page of the Agent Console so that service reps can view the graph from the customer's account.

          Note
          Note Embedding the ARC graph creates a copy of the Account page on your org. To absorb updates in subsequent releases, you must deactivate the copy of the Account page in your org.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts.
          2. Click an account record.
          3. Click Setup, then click Edit Page.
          4. Select any tab.
          5. Click Add Tab.
          6. Set the Tab Label to Relationships, then click Done.
          7. Click the Relationships tab that you created.
          8. From the Components section, drag the ARC Relationship Graph component and drop it in the Relationships tab.
          9. In Graph Name enter the name of the graph that you created.
          10. Save your changes.
          11. To activate your page,
            1. Click Activation.
            2. Click App Default.
            3. Click Assign as App Default, then select Agent Console, and click Next.
            4. Save your changes.
