Set Up Sharing Settings for Contractor User Profile

Set up sharing settings so that Contractor Users can access the required objects.

1. Go to Setup.
2. In the Quick Find box, search for Digital Experiences, and then click Settings.
3. In the Sharing Sets section, click New.
4. Add the Energy Utilities Contractor profile from Available Profiles to Selected Profiles.
5. Configure the access of these objects:

   Object	Access Determined By	Access Level
   Individual Application	User:Account = Individual Application:SubmittedByAccount	Read/Write
   Contact	User:Account = Contact:Account	Read/Write
   Account	User:Account = Account:Id	Read/Write

   1. Under Configure Access, click Set Up beside the object.
      For example, click Set Up beside Individual Application.
      The Access Mapping for Individual Application window opens.
   2. Set the fields to match the table above.
      For example, for the Individual Application object, set User to Account, set Target Individual Application to SubmittedByAccount, and set Access Level to Read/Write.
   3. Click Update.
6. Save your changes.
7. Grant contractors and admins access to these fields in the Business License object.

   • Organization

   • IsActive

   • Period End

   • Period Start

   • Name

   • Identifier

   1. Go to Setup.
   2. On the Object Manager tab, in the Quick Find box, enter Business License, and click Business License.
   3. Click Fields & Relationships.
   4. Select a field.
      For example, select Organization.
   5. Click Set Field-Level Security.
   6. Set System Administrator and Energy Utilities Contractor User to Visible.
   7. Save your changes.
