Set Up Program Manager User Profile and User

Create a Program Manager user and add the permission sets that allow the program manager to use Program Management Console features. You can assign more permission sets to the program manager or clone the user based on your implementation.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
2. From the Profiles list, click Standard User.
3. In the Standard User profile page, click Clone.
4. In Profile Name, enter Program Manager Standard User Profile, then save your changes.
5. Create a Program Manager user.
   1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter User, and then select Users.
   2. Click New User.
   3. In the New User page, enter the details for the program manager.
   4. In Profile, select Program Manager Standard User Profile.
   5. Save your changes.
6. Assign permission sets to the Program Manager user.
   1. Open the newly created Program Manager user.
   2. In Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
   3. Add these permission sets from the Available Permission Sets to the Enabled Permission Sets column:
      • EAndU Cloud Program Access
      • EAndU Cloud Usage Impact Access
      • Product Catalog Management Designer
      • Product Catalog Management Viewer
      • Program and Benefit Management Access
      • Rule Engine Runtime
      • Outcome Management
      • Omnistudio User
      • Action Plans
   4. Save your changes.
