Configure the Energy & Utilities Action Menu for Services FlexCard

The Overview tab lists all the services that the account holder has subscribed to such as electricity, water, and gas. Each of these services is displayed as a FlexCard, which has an associated action menu. You can configure this menu to display specific actions.

Note

If you have Salesforce Industries Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ), and valid Assets created using MultiSite or CPQ Order flow in your org, Asset Based Ordering (ABO) actions such as Change to Quote, Change to Order and Move are automatically displayed in the service card action menu. However, if you do not have EPC, CPQ, and valid assets configured, you will see an empty action menu.

You can modify the action menu based on your requirements.

1. Log in to your org.
2. In the AppLauncher, select OmniScript FlexCards.
3. In Find In Page, search VEEEnergyServicesChildFlexCard and open the latest version.
4. Click New Version.
5. If you have configured CPQ, EPC, and valid assets in your org, select the drop-down with condition RootItem not equals to NA.
   
6. If you do NOT have CPQ, EPC and valid assets configured in your org, select the drop-down with condition RootItem equals to NA.
   
7. Click Add Action Menu to add or modify new actions to the drop-down. To learn more about adding new actions, see Add a Menu to a FlexCard.
8. Click Activate.
