View Bills for Energy & Utilities Customers
Generate and view a PDF copy of the customer bill using the Contact Center Console.
You can view the current bill from these places in the Console:

On the Overview tab, click View Bill in the bill information section.

On the Billing tab, click View Bill under the Total Balance section.
Note If clicking View Bill returns an error, ensure that the Statement Image URL field on the Statement object record points to a valid URL.
To view historical bills, click View Bill on the individual bill in the table of bills.
