View Service Appointments for Energy & Utilities Customers

View open service appointments details such as the location of the Technician assigned for the Service, Status of the Service Appointment and other details. You can also reschedule the service appointment for a different date, time or technician.

1. Use the Identity Verification feature to verify the identity of the caller and launch the customer's accounts page.
2. On the customer accounts page, select the Field Service tab.

   All open service appointments are shown on the screen with their up-to-date status.
