Tariff Comparison Customer Community Setup Steps

Configure the back-end flows and system settings required to enable the Tariff Comparison feature for Experience Cloud users.

• Clone and Activate Tariff Comparison Flow (Package State: Managed-Installed)
  Create a local version of the managed package flow to enable the main Tariff Comparison logic in your org.
• Override and Activate Get Best Tariff Flow
  Enable the subflow that calculates the most cost-effective rates for customers based on their usage data.
• Get Decision Table IDs
  Configure the flow to run in system context to ensure that community users can access necessary metadata without sharing restrictions.
• Setup Energy Service
  Enable the platform-triggered flow for energy service agreements and assign a default workflow user for automation.
