            Create a Flow by Using the Service Innovations Einstein Copilot: Get Engagements Details Template

            Create a custom engagements data retrieval flow to meet your business requirements.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the Industries Service Excellence add-on license and optionally, Salesforce Voice or Digital Engagement add-on licenses
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. In the New Flow window, on the All + Templates tab, select the Service Innovations Einstein Copilot: Get Engagements Details flow, and then click Create.
            4. Modify the flow to meet your business requirements, and save your changes.
              You can extend the flow to get engagement records from the Contact and Lead object types. To get the engagement records, replace the getEngagements invocable action with a new invocable action in the Service Innovations Einstein Copilot: Get Engagements Details flow. To create an invocable action, see Considerations for the Get Engagements Invocable Action.
            5. Enter the flow label and API name, and save the flow.
            6. Activate the flow.
