            Create a Flow by Using the Service Innovations Einstein Copilot: Get Engagement Interaction Details Template

            Create a custom engagement interaction data retrieval flow to meet your business requirements.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the Industries Service Excellence add-on license
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. In the New Flow window, on the All + Templates tab, select the Service Innovations Einstein Copilot: Get Engagement Interaction Details flow, and then click Create.
            4. Modify the flow to meet your business requirements, and save your changes.
            5. Enter the flow label and API name, and save the flow.
            6. Activate the flow.
