            Use the Get Conversation Transcripts invocable action to get the list of transcripts of the conversations between an agent and a customer.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the Industry Service Excellence add-on license and Salesforce Voice or Digital Engagement add-on license
            User Permissions Needed
            To see the Get Conversation Transcripts invocable action: Get Conversation Transcripts user permission
            To use the Get Conversation Transcripts invocable action: Access Conversation Entries user permission
