Engagement provides invocable actions to create and modify flows.

Required Editions

Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the Industry Service Excellence add-on license
  • Flow Action: Get Record Details
    Use the Get Record Details invocable action to get the details of specified records, including the name of the parent record.
  • Flow Action: Get Conversation Transcripts
    Use the Get Conversation Transcripts invocable action to get the list of transcripts of the conversations between an agent and a customer.
  • Flow Action: Create Engagements Details Representation
    Use the Create Engagements Details Representation invocable action to create a JSON representation. Use the details of Engagement Interaction, Messaging Session, and Voice Call records; the related Engagement Topic and Note records; and transcripts to create the representation.
  • Flow Action: Get Engagements
    Use the Get Engagements invocable action to get engagement interaction, messaging session, and voice call records associated with a specified account record.
