Limitations are boundaries beyond which features are unavailable, performance is throttled, or
usage billing charges are applied. Work with your account executive to find a solution that meets
your goals.

Unlimited Editions with the Industry Service Excellence add-on license
Consider these limitations when you use the Engagement Copilot flows:
Users can generate a summary with the Service Innovations Einstein Copilot: Get Engagements
Details flow if the organization-wide sharing defaults (OWDs) are set to public read only
or public read/write. If OWDs are set to private, users can generate a summary of the
engagement records that they can access.
The summary generation fails if the flow generates data that exceed the token limit of the
large language model (LLM) selected in the Generate Engagements Summary prompt template. To
generate the summary, create a prompt template and select an LLM model that supports more
tokens. You can't select a different LLM model after cloning the Generate Engagements Summary
prompt template.
