          User Permissions Needed
To filter actionable list members: Actionable Segmentation permission set

The default Record Status filter shows only the active actionable list member records. This filter hides the suppressed and inactive actionable list member records. To view all records, select the All Records option in the filter. To view inactive records, select the All Records option and then add a filter that shows the records where the value of the Record Status field is equal to inactive. You can add up to five filters. The filters persist until you close or refresh a browser tab that contains the filters.

          1. From the Actionable List Members component, click Filter icon.
            The Filters panel appears.
          2. To enter a filter criterion, click Add Filter.
A new filter section is added to the Filters panel. A window containing the Field, Operator, and Value fields opens.
          3. Select a field.
The options that you see depend on the field that you want to filter with and the operator that you choose.
          4. Select an operator, such as Equals and Starts With.
          5. In Value, make a selection or enter a value.
          6. Click Done.
          7. Apply the filter.
You can apply filters on search results also.
The list shows records based on the filter criteria. The header shows the applied filters.
          8. To edit a filter, select the filter and modify the filter criteria.
          9. To remove all filters, click Remove All.
          10. To remove one filter, click Cross icon for the filter.
          11. If no records match your filter criteria, to remove the applied filters, in the Actionable List Members section, click Remove Filters.
          12. To close the Filters panel, click Filter icon, Cross icon, or Cancel.
          • Filter Operators
The operator in a filter is like the verb in a sentence. Operators specify how filter criteria relate to each other. Refer to this list of filter operators when setting filters on actionable list members or prospects.
