          Filter Active Promotions In Your Claims

          To make sure that tactics from inactive promotions don't appear when you link tactics to your claim, customize your metadata configuration.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

          User Permissions Needed
          To update a query condition in custom metadata: CG Cloud System Admin
          1. In Setup, find and select Custom Metadata Types.
          2. Next to Query Condition, click Manage Records.
          3. Select Base Query.
          4. In the Query Condition Detail section, click Edit.
          5. Add Promotion__r.Active__c=True to the condition in the SOQL query.
            If you're adding to existing conditions, use AND.
          6. Save your changes.

          Now, you see only the tactics from active promotions when you link tactics to claims.
