If you don't select a customer on the Link Tactics page in Claims, the system
incorrectly shows tactics from all customers in a Sales organization instead of showing only the
tactics that are relevant to the promotion. To view the relevant tactics, adjust your custom
metadata configuration.

To update a query definition in custom metadata:
CG Cloud System Admin
In Setup, find and select Custom Metadata Types.
Next to Query Definitions, click Manage Records.
Select Filtered Tactic Selection Query.
Go to Query UIs Related List and select Customer Anchor.
In the Customer Anchor record, update these settings:
Set UI Default Value to ALL.
Leave Controls Inclusion/Exclusion empty.
Save your changes.
Now, when you link tactics to claims, you see only the tactics
related to your promotion even if you haven't selected a customer.
