Flow Screen Input Component: Display Search Results
Display the results of searches for callers and customers to the CSR or CCA. The component appears in the Verify Customer Identity V2 and the Verify Linked Customer Identity V2 flow templates.
Note This screen component requires Lightning runtime.
| ATTRIBUTE | DESCRIPTION |

| Allow Next When No Search Results Found | Specifies whether to allow the contact center agent to proceed to the next screen when a search with the specified criteria produces no results. |
| API Name | An API name can include underscores and alphanumeric characters without spaces. It must begin with a letter and can’t end with an underscore. It also can’t have two consecutive underscores. |
| Search Criteria | An Apex id_verification.SearchFilters record that
contains a search type and keywords. |
| Keywords | The keywords used to perform the search on the selected object. |
| Verification Context | As input, an Apex id_verification.VerificationContext record containing a verification process
definition record, a record ID, and the name of the object to search. As output, an Apex
id_verification.VerificationContext record containing
the caller's identification verification context. |
