Activate a Flow to Automate the Status Update for Action Plan
Increase operational efficiency by syncing the action plan status with the status of the
task action plan items. Clone and activate a flow template to automate the status of the action
plan according to the status of the task action plan items.

Note You can customize the flow according to your business requirements.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click Update Action Plan Status.
To make a copy of this flow template, click Save As New Flow.
Provide a name for the flow and API and click Save.
Click Activate.
