User Permissions Needed
To configure Action Plans:
Action Plans permission set
OR
Modify All Data
From the App Launcher, find and open Action Plan Templates.
Select the required template and click New Task.
Enter the task details for Subject, Priority, and Days.
Select Required if you want to make the task mandatory to
perform.
Assign the task to a specific user and role.
Select a time when you want to send a reminder to the task assignee on the due date.
Save your changes.
